If the crackle of the product exceeds one third, the product can't be used any more. It must be discard and renew.

1.What is the application and mechanism of the protective devices?

a.The scope of application of this product series is divided into patient and operator (doctor) protection use. Patient protection is applicable to the protection of primary radiation and stray radiation including secondary radiation of medical X-ray at or below the voltage level of 150kV; operator protection is applicable to the protection of stray radiation including secondary radiation of medical X-ray at or below the pipe voltage of 120kv.

b.Its physical mechanism: through the photoelectric effect and Compton effect of a variety of heavy metal elements and X-ray or γ – ray in the product material, the attenuation or shielding effect of X-ray or γ – ray can be achieved.

2.How to clean the surface of protective devices?

a.Clean the surfaces with a mild soap solution or a commercially available detergent. To avoid damage to surfaces, do not use any scouring agents, bleaches, or abrasive corrosive, or acidic cleaning agents or polishes.

b.To wipe surfaces, use a soft cloth free of particles or debris of any kind. Use liquid sparingly when cleaning and ensure that no moisture penetrates the system. Only slightly dampen the cloth. If necessary, use a mild soap solution or commercially available detergent. Rub the cleaned areas dry with a cotton cloth.

3.How to storage protective wearables?

a.Put the protective equipment under normal temperature and avoid high temperature storage.

b.When not in use, protective wearables should be placed on the special hanger for lead apron, preferably not folded or extruded. Long time folding will shorten the service life and affect the protective effect. c.Doctors should avoid contacting with sharp objects in daily use of protective wearables to avoid scratching and affecting the protective effect.
