This screen is built with a lead rubber curtain mounted on a sturdy support frame, and it rolls on four caster wheels. Fully extended, it measures 1800 by 1500 millimeters, with a folded width of 480 millimeters. The lead equivalent is at least 0.50 millimeters of lead, rated for X-ray tube voltages up to 125 kilovolts.
What makes it handy is the folding design. You pull the handles to extend it around a patient or equipment for 360-degree coverage, then lock the brake wheels to hold it in place. When you're done, just push it back together and fasten the strap. It folds down compact, so it doesn't take up much room when stored.
The wheels swivel in any direction, so moving it between rooms or positioning it around an exam table is straightforward. It's designed for radiology departments, imaging centers, and clinical settings where staff need reliable shielding from scattered X-rays.
